SMS Terms

The SMS Terms & Conditions govern the delivery of text messages from Goshen to users who opt in to receive SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Program 1: Goshen Membership – Transactional & Informational Messages

By opting in to receive transactional SMS messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Goshen related to your Goshen Membership. These messages are transactional or informational in nature and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Account setup confirmations and access instructions
  • Membership and account updates
  • Training and event reminders you have registered for
  • Customer support responses or important service-related notifications

Example Message

“Goshen: Your Goshen Membership account has been activated. Log in anytime at goshenites.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies based on your activity and participation in Goshen Membership programs and events.

Program 2: Goshen – Marketing & Promotional Messages

By opting in to receive marketing SMS messages, you agree to receive occasional automated text messages from Goshen containing marketing or promotional content. These messages are optional and require a separate opt-in from transactional messages.

Marketing messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Announcements about new programs, resources, or features
  • Special offers, discounts, or promotions
  • Invitations to optional trainings or events

Example Message

“Goshen: New resources and programs are now available. Learn more at goshenites.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

How to Cancel (STOP)

You may cancel either SMS program at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that program.

If you wish to re-enroll, you must opt in again through the appropriate form for that specific SMS program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
